Paolo Eleuteri Serpieri's Druuna

Druuna

[WARNING: This SITE has ADULT-ORIENTED CONTENT]

If you have no idea who Paolo Eleuteri Serpieri is, or who Druuna is, then its time for you to get out of your cave and see the world.

I have been a fan of this "Master of the ass" when I've gotten hold of a copy of the Fantasy Magazine Heavy Metal during my high school years. There it featured a fantastic erotica of a well-endowed protagonist named Druuna.

The art is, for lack of a better word, awesome. Having that attention to anatomy and appreciation of the female form has never been my forté until I collected the works of Serpieri. This is why I am featuring this site, for those who wish to know who influenced me in my own work, he is one of them.

The Flaming Cat

The Flaming Cat is a site for those who have a few minutes to spare everyday and would want to read a good set of comic strips. Original, and always updated, their range of strips take on topics from average everyday life to out of this world mis-adventures.

Fall Into Blue

Amanda Keeys has an enigmatic spirit about her and it shows on her self-portraits. Pieces like "Ophelia Drowns" and "Love You to Death" are a few of my many favorites. She possesses the skill to tell a story with just one picture. Poetry in imagery, that probably says it all.

Amanda has been a friend since the beginning of my days on Deviant Art, we were actually just a few days apart when we joined that infamous art community. Probably one of my best companions in the art world, and thus makes "Fall into Blue" my site of the week.

Laughing on the Outside Looking In

Amber Wright's personal site is filled with emotion and soul. She is never afraid to show her real self. Her photographs and photomanipulations make the viewers travel inside her psyche, slowly and surely revealing only enough to grab the curiousity yet leaving so much to make you want more. Her self-portraits are a combination of galmour, emotion, and truthness that only she can portray.

Kedralynn, as she is well-known throughout the online art community, has been one of my constant inspirations in creating my images of pin-ups, and she has generously given me some of her personal stock to use for future illustrations and projects.
