This is what my pencils looked like after that.

To finalize your drawing for inking in Photoshop, all you have to do is create two (2) layers on top of the Background layer and name them Inks and Pencil respectively (obviously placing your cleaned pencils in the pencils layer).

Now this is just something extra, and you can choose to not do it if you want.

What I like to do is go the pencils layer, and adjust its opacity to about 50%, just enough so that I can still see where i'll ink and not visually confuse me.
