And what I've done is this finished piece. Now you may be thinking "Where did I use the third shade on?"

Well, I mostly use the third shade for sharp shadows, and if you look closely where the shoulder muscle meets the above tricep muscle, you'll see a slight shadow. I've also brushed in a small amount of it on the overall left and bottom side of the whole arm to give it more depth.
